Last Minute Add On and Schedule Change Fees
- Scheduling a service within 48 hours of that service, results in a $10 fee, in addition to the cost of the service asked. (Ex. requesting a service at 6pm on Monday for said service to take place at 10am on Wednesday, will result in the fee).
Changing Scheduled Service
- Changing a scheduled service between 3pm and 12am PST the night before the service will result in a $5 fee, in addition to the cost of the service.
- Changing a scheduled service on the same day as that service will result in a $10 fee, in addition to the cost of the service.
Walk Cancellation Fee
- Cancelling scheduled service within 48 hours of service will result in 100% of the cost of the service being cancelled.
Boarding/Overnight Cancellation Fee
- Cancelling any scheduled pet sitting or boarding type service after 3pm the evening before the service will result in a $50 fee.
- Cancelling any scheduled pet sitting or boarding service when the service takes place over Thanksgiving, Christmas week or New Years week, will result in a $50 fee. Please inquire about when these term start.
Holiday Boarding Cancellation
- For holidays outside of Thanksgiving and Christmas, we will allow up to a week before with no cancellation fee. If cancelled less than a week prior, it will result in a $100 fee.
- For Thanksgiving and Christmas boardings, we will charge a $100 fee for any cancellation that happens less than a month before the booking.
- We book out weeks, sometimes months, in advance for holidays. So to prevent our staff from losing money and to prevent us from needing to decline other clients, we hold this fee. Thank you!
