Last Minute Add On & Schedule Change Fees
- Scheduling service between 3pm and 12am PT the night before the service will result in a $5 fee, in addition to the cost of the service asked for;
- Schedule service on same day as service after 12am PT will result in a $10 fee, in addition to the cost of the service asked.
Changing Scheduled Service
- Changing scheduled service between 3pm and 12 PT the night before the service will result in a $5 fee, in addition to the cost of the service.
- Changing scheduled service on same day as service will result in a $10 fee, in addition to the cost of the service.
Walk Cancellation Fee
- Cancelling scheduled service between 3pm to 12am PT the night before the service will result in 50% of the cost of the previously scheduled service.
- Cancelling scheduled service on the same day of service after 12am PT will result in 100% of the cost of the previously schedule service.
Boarding/Overnight Cancellation Fee
- Cancelling any scheduled pet sitting or boarding type service after 3pm the evening before the service will result in a $50 fee.
- Cancelling any scheduled pet sitting or boarding service when the service takes place over Thanksgiving, Christmas week or New Years week, will result in a $50 fee. Please inquire when these term start.
Holiday Boardin Cancellation
- For holidays outside of Thanksgiving&Christimas, we will allow up to a week before for no fee cancellation. After it will result in a $100 fee.
- For Thanksgiving & Chrsitmas boardings, we will charge a $100 fee for any cancellation that happens a month or after the booking. (For example, if cancelling on 10/27 for thanksgiving the fee is waived. If cancelling 10/28, their will be a $100 fee).
- We book out weeks in advance for holiodays, so to prevent our staff from losing out on money, we hold this fee. Thank you!
